I.C.T Overseas Technical Support in India

In mid-December 2025 to Jan 2026, I.C.T sent a team of experienced engineers to India to provide on-site technical support for several local electronics manufacturers. This overseas support trip covered a total of nine factories and focused on helping customers improve their production lines, start new equipment smoothly, and prepare for future factory development.

The main purpose of this trip was to provide practical technical support. The engineers’ work included new equipment installation and commissioning, on-site training for customer teams, inspection and maintenance of existing production lines, and technical evaluation for new factory projects. Instead of only solving short-term problems, the goal was to help customers build more stable, efficient, and reliable manufacturing systems.

During this visit, the engineers worked with different types of production lines, including SMT assembly lines, DIP / THT insertion lines, wave soldering and selective soldering systems, as well as coating lines and inspection equipment. For new lines, the team completed machine installation, line connection, process setup, and trial production support to make sure the equipment could enter normal production as quickly as possible.

Training was also an important part of the support work. I.C.T engineers provided on-site guidance for customer engineers and operators, covering daily operation, basic maintenance, and process adjustment. This helped customer teams better understand their equipment and improved their ability to handle routine production and maintenance tasks independently.

For factories with running production lines, the engineers focused on inspection and maintenance. They checked machine conditions, accuracy, and process stability, and helped solve existing problems that affected production efficiency or product quality. Through adjustment and optimization, several lines achieved more stable and reliable performance.

In addition to production line support, part of the trip was also used for new factory evaluation and planning. For customers preparing to build or expand factories, I.C.T engineers provided on-site suggestions on factory layout, production line configuration, and workflow planning. This early-stage technical advice helped customers avoid unnecessary investment and prepare a more reasonable foundation for future production.

Although the schedule was tight and the tasks were diverse, the entire support trip was completed smoothly. This project once again proved I.C.T’s ability to provide multi-factory, multi-task overseas technical service within a limited time, covering different stages from factory planning to mass production.
