I.C.T SMT Production Line Reaches A New Milestone in Motherboard Manufacturing

I.C.T is pleased to share a new milestone from one of our customer projects. The SMT production line purchased by the customer has now successfully entered the product trial production stage, and the first batches of computer motherboards and memory modules have already been produced on site.

For this project, I.C.T provided a complete SMT production line solution based on the customer’s manufacturing requirements. The line is designed for high-precision electronics production, especially for complex PCBA products such as computer motherboards and memory modules. These products require stable printing, accurate component placement, reliable reflow soldering, and strict process control throughout the entire production flow.

To support the customer during installation, debugging, and production start-up, I.C.T arranged two experienced engineers to visit the customer’s factory. During the technical support process, our engineers helped the customer complete equipment installation, line connection, process adjustment, software operation training, and production guidance. They also worked closely with the customer’s team to optimize key production parameters and improve operator familiarity with the equipment.

At present, the computer motherboard produced by this SMT line has successfully powered on a computer. This is an important step for the project, showing that the production process has reached a practical validation stage. Although the products are still undergoing further testing and verification, the successful power-on result gives both teams strong confidence in the next phase.

Motherboard manufacturing is a demanding application in SMT production. The PCB layout is complex, the component density is high, and the process window must be carefully controlled. From solder paste printing to component placement and reflow soldering, every step directly affects the final product quality. This is why on-site engineering support plays such an important role, especially when the customer is preparing for stable batch production.

I.C.T’s role is not only to provide SMT machines, but also to help customers move from equipment arrival to real production. Through professional technical support, hands-on training, and practical process guidance, I.C.T helps customers shorten the learning curve and build confidence in their production capability.

With the current progress, mass production is getting closer. The customer’s team will continue testing and optimizing the products, while I.C.T will keep providing technical support whenever needed. We look forward to seeing this SMT production line support stable, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of computer motherboards and memory modules in the near future.
