| High-Capacity Semi auto Stencil Printer for Extended PCB Production
The SMT PCB Semi Automatic Paste Printing Machine positions the Semi auto Stencil Printer right at the beginning of long-board SMT workflows. Taiwan TBI linear guide-ways combined with SANYO stepper motor deliver smooth, matched travel for reliable paste application. Suspension squeegee design plus fully adjustable blade pressure and speed (shown on clear gauges) produce perfectly flat deposits. Modular universal platform with built-in alignment device handles single-sided or double-sided PCBs from 0.2–6mm thick. Stencil arms quickly change size from 370×470mm all the way to 1750×650mm. Automatic printing mode ensures consistent, high-quality results. Low 220W consumption and ≤12-second cycles make the Semi-auto SMT Stencil Printer perfect for LED lighting strips, server backplanes, 5G modules and industrial controls.

Customizable pins and support blocks work with any hole pattern on single or double-sided PCBs. Positioning is fast, precise and completely adjustable. Taiwan precision guide rails plus imported stepper motor maintain rock-solid movement. Squeegee lifts easily by hand for paste refill or wipe-down, while smart limit sensors shorten return strokes. This keeps extra-long boards perfectly stable inside the Semi-auto Solder Paste Printer so paste never shifts before placement.
