The FUJI Pick and Place Machine NXTR series is a next-generation SMT placement solution designed for smart factories and high-volume electronics production. As a core FUJI SMT Pick and Place Machine, it delivers high-speed and high-accuracy component placement with advanced sensor-based control and intelligent feeder management. The FUJI Pick and Place Machine NXTR is built with a modular architecture that allows flexible SMT line configuration. Automatic Feeder Exchange System

The FUJI SMT Pick and Place Machine uses an advanced automatic feeder exchange system that significantly reduces manual intervention. The automatic pick and place machine delivers extremely high-speed performance, reaching up to 37,000 cph in high productivity mode. Different head types such as H24G, H08M, and H02F provide flexible production capacity for various component sizes. This high-speed capability makes it ideal for mobile phone PCB assembly and large-scale electronics manufacturing. It maintains stable accuracy even under continuous operation, ensuring high output with low defect rates.

High Precision Sensor Control

The FUJI SMT Machine integrates advanced sensor technology for real-time placement monitoring. From component pickup to placement, every step is checked to ensure accuracy and stability.
