| Lyra Series PCB Reflow Oven
The I.C.T Lyra PCB Reflow Oven is a high-end hot air SMT reflow oven specially designed for today’s complex lead-free PCB reflow oven applications. It is widely used in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, medical devices, smart meters, LED lighting, 5G communication modules, industrial control and new energy products. With modular hot air SMT oven technology, precise 6-zone touchscreen control and optional nitrogen system, this hot air SMT reflow oven delivers perfect soldering quality, minimum defects and maximum production efficiency on any SMT production line.

Siemens PLC combined with advanced PID algorithm and reflow oven 6 zone touchscreen interface ensures temperature stability above 99.99% and ΔT within ±1.5 ℃. Real-time profile storage, virtual simulation, automatic fault diagnosis and one-click curve optimization make daily operation extremely easy and repeatable for every operator.
Independent inverter-driven hot air motors and special plate-nozzle design create perfectly uniform airflow in every zone. Optional high-efficiency flux recovery and pyrolysis cleaning system automatically removes residue, keeping the entire PCB reflow oven chamber clean for months and dramatically reducing maintenance downtime.
Closed-loop conveyor control achieves transmission accuracy of ±2 mm/min. Modular rails, optional dual rails and automatic CBS center support handle wide, heavy or double-panel production without vibration. External water cooling and automatic rail width adjustment make this hot air SMT reflow oven the perfect core equipment for high-speed, high-mix SMT lines.
