| Lyra Series 6 Reflow Oven
The I.C.T Lyra 6 Reflow Oven is built for high-speed and high-quality PCB production. Advanced modular hot air SMT reflow oven technology and accurate zone control guarantee excellent soldering results in lead-free processes. With optional dual rails SMT reflow oven and powerful air filter for reflow oven, this conveyer reflow oven keeps the chamber clean and handles two boards at the same time to double daily output on any SMT line.

Siemens PLC + high-precision control system achieves temperature stability above 99.99% and ΔT less than ±1.5 ℃ across the whole board. Real-time curve storage, virtual simulation and automatic fault diagnosis help every SMT line get perfect and repeatable profiles every shift with this 6 Reflow Oven.
Independent inverter-controlled hot air motors and special plate nozzles create uniform airflow in every zone. Optional high-efficiency air filter for reflow oven and pyrolysis cleaning unit remove flux residue automatically, keeping the chamber clean for months and reducing maintenance time dramatically.
Closed-loop transmission with ±2 mm/min accuracy, modular rails that never deform, optional dual rails SMT reflow oven and CBS center support handle heavy or wide PCBs smoothly. Automatic width adjustment and external water cooling make this conveyer reflow oven perfect for 24/7 high-volume production.
