| Lyra Series 7 Level Reflow Soldering Oven
The I.C.T Lyra 7 level reflow soldering oven is specially developed for modern lead-free PCB oven reflow processes. With advanced hot-air circulation technology and precise zone control, this circuit reflow oven delivers perfect soldering quality for complex reflow oven SMD applications and high-volume SMT lines. Optional nitrogen system makes it become a true lead-free PCB reflow oven with minimum flux residue and maximum reliability.

Siemens PLC plus high-precision PID control achieves temperature stability higher than 99.99%. Independent top/bottom heating in each zone, special nozzle plate design and real-time profile monitoring guarantee the smallest ΔT on the whole board, ideal for high-density reflow oven SMD production.
Modular heating units with German heating wires and forced convection provide fast and even heat transfer. Nitrogen version offers full-process protection from preheat to cooling with lowest oxygen level and consumption. Built-in flux management system automatically cleans process gas, keeping the 7 level reflow soldering oven chamber clean for months.
Closed-loop conveyor speed control, accuracy ±2 mm/min. Modular rails with optional center support (CBS) and dual-lane design handle large or heavy PCBs without vibration or drop. Automatic rail width adjustment and external water cooling make this PCB oven reflow perfectly match any high-speed SMT production line.
