In SMT production, nozzle cleanliness directly affects placement accuracy and machine performance. The SMT Led nozzle cleaning machine is designed to remove flux residue, dust, and microscopic contamination from placement nozzles using a high-speed water atomization process.
Unlike conventional ultrasonic methods, this SMT nozzle clean machine generates a concentrated cleaning field that reaches internal nozzle surfaces without causing wear or structural damage. The system operates using environmentally friendly DI water and can clean multiple nozzles in a single cycle, helping manufacturers maintain stable placement quality while reducing maintenance time.
The machine uses a specially designed hydrodynamic system to create extremely fine water particles traveling at high velocity. These particles penetrate deep inside the nozzle cavity and remove contaminants that often remain after traditional cleaning methods.
The cleaning process is non-abrasive and does not attack the coating layer or reflective surfaces of SMT nozzles. Even small-diameter nozzles can be cleaned repeatedly without affecting dimensional accuracy.
The nozzle cleaner machine operates using only DI water or distilled water. No chemical solvents are required, reducing operating costs while supporting environmentally responsible manufacturing practices.
The system supports round, I-shape, cross-shape, and irregular SMT nozzles. It is compatible with most placement machine brands and can accommodate nozzle sizes from 01005 component applications up to larger nozzle diameters.
