DIP Line 102

This SMT wave soldering machine has served production floors in seventy-two countries for over ten years. Three models cover 350 mm, 450 mm, and 615 mm PCB width. Dual spray system, extended preheat tunnel, stable dual wave, and PC+PLC control deliver consistent Wave Soldering Machine Lead-Free Wave Soldering results. Operating power settles at 8-10 kW. Reliable Flux Spray System

1-1 Acrab Spray System

The spray module slides out completely on rails. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles, driven by stepper motors, apply flux with recorded precision. Flow rate, angle, width, and density appear on screen and stay repeatable. Automatic cleaning cycle and 316 stainless steel construction keep the area clean and corrosion-free. Close the drawer and the SMT wave soldering machine continues production without delay.

Optional top preheat module installs in minutes when thicker boards appear on the schedule.

4-1 Acrab Soldering System

The conveyor chain runs on precision rails. Heavy-duty double-hook titanium fingers secure boards up to 615 mm wide. Patented synchronous entry prevents falling. Conveyor speed holds ±2 mm/min accuracy. Automatic finger cleaning operates during production. Width adjustment is available manual or electric. The system feeds the SMT wave soldering machine without interruption hour after hour.



Powerful Cooling System

5-1 Acrab Cooling System

Cast-iron pot receives enamel coating and holds 500-700 kg lead-free solder. One-piece construction prevents deformation. Dual wave height remains under 0.5 mm variation. Automatic dross return channel removes waste continuously. Optional nitrogen system reduces oxidation dramatically. Solder joints emerge bright and complete.
