This dual wave soldering machine has been quietly dominating DIP lines for years (350 / 450 / 615 mm versions, choose your fighter). Dual spray, massive preheat, rock-steady waves, touchscreen simple enough that the night-shift rookie masters it before lunch. Optional nitrogen turns it into a fully automatic dual wave soldering machine that drops dross 90 % and makes joints look factory-new. Operating power settles at 8-10 kW. Tool-free maintenance. 1-1 Acrab Spray System

The entire spray module (yes, the whole thing) slides out on smooth rails. Inside: two Japanese Kuroda nozzles driven by stepper motors so precise you could set your watch to them.
