Vision And Mounting Control

Accurate placement starts with reliable vision and mounting control. The Flex-6 uses multiple high-precision cameras with advanced image recognition technology to identify component positions before placement. The system can recognize components from 0402 small chips to 45mm IC parts, helping maintain stable production quality. The mounting system uses six high-speed spindles, servo-driven rotation motors, and a closed-loop Z-axis control design. This structure allows accurate control of placement height and mounting pressure.
