In the SMT production line, boards must move forward, yet some will inevitably fail inspection. The Dual Rails Reject Conveyor confronts this reality directly. It receives PCBs from upstream machines and, using reliable sensors and dual independent rails, routes good boards along one path while directing defective ones to a separate reject track. This clear division prevents mixing and eliminates the need to stop the entire line. The system supports one-button width adjustment across both rails and offers belt or chain transmission depending on board requirements. Built with solid aluminum construction and precise controls, it performs its function without illusion or unnecessary complication, ensuring that only acceptable boards proceed while rejected ones are isolated for further review.
