I.C.T Acrab-Series Double Head Dip Soldering Machine


DIP Line 102

Men in factories have run this double head dip soldering machine for years. They trust it. Three sizes: 350, 450, 615 mm. Dual spray, long preheat, rock-steady wave, simple screen. Reliable Flux Spray System

1-1 Acrab Spray System

The Japanese Kuroda nozzles hang side by side. Stepper motors move them exact. Flux hits the board even and thin. Whole drawer rolls out. Wash cycle starts by itself. Stainless steel everywhere. Close the drawer and the double head dip soldering machine is ready again.


Efficient Preheating System

2-1 Acrab Preheating System

Three zones, 1800 mm total. Hot air and infrared work together. Fifteen minutes and it’s 250 ℃. Cotton keeps the heat from jumping around. Each zone stands separate. Pull a drawer, swap a heater, push it back in. No tools, no waiting. Top preheat waits if you ever need it.


Stable Conveyor System

Chain never jerks. Double-hook titanium fingers clamp hard. Heavy boards ride straight. Entry device catches every one. Speed stays inside two millimeters a minute. Fingers clean themselves while running. Width changes by crank or motor. The line never stops because of the conveyor on this double head dip soldering machine.

4-1 Acrab Soldering System

Cast-iron pot coated thick. 500-700 kg tin inside. Wave moves less than half a millimeter. Dross slides out the back channel. Joints come out full and bright. Tin lasts longer. Money stays in the account. That’s what a real double head dip soldering machine does.
