In August 2026, I.C.T successfully completed an overseas technical support project in Europe for an existing Customer in the automotive electronics and aerospace manufacturing industry. After the Customer expanded its existing SMT, DIP, and conformal coating production capabilities, I.C.T provided additional SPI and online ICT testing equipment to improve production quality control and testing efficiency.
To ensure smooth equipment operation and stable production integration, I.C.T dispatched an experienced engineer to the Customer’s factory for on-site installation, commissioning, production testing, and technical training. Through professional support, the new inspection and testing equipment was successfully integrated into the Customer’s existing manufacturing process.
The Customer has been cooperating with I.C.T for many years and previously purchased complete SMT production line, DIP assemble line, and coating production line. With increasing requirements for automotive electronics and aerospace products, the Customer needed stronger process monitoring and electrical testing capability.
Based on the Customer’s production requirements, I.C.T provided an upgrade solution including SPI inspection and online ICT testing equipment to strengthen quality control after solder paste printing and during electrical performance verification.

The new equipment was designed to work together with the existing SMT production line, helping the Customer improve process visibility and reduce potential quality risks during mass production.
After arriving at the Customer’s factory, I.C.T engineer first worked together with the Customer’s technical team to complete equipment replacement, line adjustment, and machine leveling. The SPI system was installed, powered on, and tested to ensure stable operation.
During the commissioning stage, the engineer completed software installation and database configuration, including transferring the SPI system software, setting up communication between SPI, solder paste printer, and SMT placement machines, and resolving network communication issues.
After the basic setup was completed, I.C.T engineer created Customer product programs, adjusted MARK recognition parameters, and verified inspection results with actual production boards. The engineer also trained the Customer’s team on SPI programming, Gerber analysis, process expert software operation, and production data analysis.
For the online ICT tester, I.C.T engineer completed equipment commissioning, product testing, and performance verification. The Customer’s products were tested through actual production trials, and the engineer provided analysis reports for test coverage and non-measurable components.
During the service period, I.C.T engineer also helped solve several practical production issues, including communication settings, SMEMA signal matching, barcode recognition optimization, software configuration, and production data connection problems. Through cooperation with equipment suppliers and the Customer’s engineers, all key issues were properly handled.
After continuous testing and adjustment, the SPI system and online ICT tester were successfully integrated into the Customer’s production environment. The Customer’s engineers were able to independently operate the equipment, create inspection programs, review production data, and perform daily troubleshooting.
The on-site technical support not only ensured successful equipment delivery but also helped the Customer build stronger internal technical capabilities for future production expansion.
The Customer appreciated I.C.T’s professional overseas technical support and practical problem-solving ability. Through close cooperation between I.C.T engineers and the Customer’s technical team, the equipment upgrade project was completed smoothly with stable production performance.
