High-Speed Multi-Head Placement
Equipped with multiple heads, the YC8 achieves consistent placement accuracy for 0101 to 0315 components. Dual-lane support allows simultaneous handling of small and large PCBs.
Integrated Vision System
Side-view and top-view cameras verify component alignment in real time. On-the-fly scanning reduces misplacement errors and ensures high-quality PCB assembly.
Optimized Feeder Management
The auto-loading feeder system and tray sequencer reduce production interruptions and eliminate downtime during feeder replacement, supporting continuous high-efficiency operation.
