I.C.T Lyra series ten zones reflow oven is designed for high-volume and high-quality PCB assembly lines. With excellent heating performance, perfect temperature repeatability and optional full nitrogen protection, this 6 meters reflow oven meets all lead-free processes and delivers outstanding soldering results on complex SMT production lines.

Siemens PLC combined with high-end PID algorithm keeps temperature stability rate above 99.99%. Independent upper and lower zone control, smallest ΔT across the board, and real-time curve analysis help every SMT line achieve perfect soldering quality and zero defects.
First-class hot air modules and special nozzle design provide uniform heat transfer. Nitrogen version reaches oxygen level below 150 ppm with minimum consumption. Full-process nitrogen protection and flux recovery system keep the chamber clean for months, ideal for high-reliability PCB assembly lines.
Closed-loop chain speed control, transportation accuracy ±2 mm/min. Modular rails never deform, optional CBS center support and dual-lane design handle large and heavy PCBs without drop or shift. Perfect stability for 6 meters reflow oven conveyor support in 24/7 SMT production.
