Built from the ground up in our Dongguan factory, the I.C.T Off-line Selective Wave Soldering Machine is the perfect PCB Selective Wave Soldering Machine when you need maximum flexibility without tying up an entire SMT line. The PCB never moves—only the super-light cast-aluminum gantry glides on Panasonic servos and linear rails to deliver flux and solder exactly where they belong. Inline nitrogen heating gives shiny, full fillets with almost no waste. Operators program everything—paths, temps, spray volume, wave height—on a clean Windows touchscreen and save endless jobs for instant changeovers.
