I.C.T successfully delivered a full-automatic SMT LED production line to a home LED lighting factory in Saudi Arabia. Engineer Roka traveled to the customer site for installation and training services. The client required a line with 13 machines (total 29 meters), but the space was only 21m × 5m. We designed a U-shape layout fitting perfectly in 16m × 2.7m to meet their needs. After 2 days of installation and debugging plus 6 days of hands-on equipment training and technical support, Roka completed the handover smoothly.
