| High Precision Full-Auto Mounter
This Yamaha High Precision Full Automatic Chip Mounter is designed to meet the demands of modern electronics manufacturing. Multi-Head Placement System
Equipped with multiple high-speed heads, the mounter achieves up to 95,000 CPH in dual-lane mode. Each head handles a wide range of component sizes from 0101 chips to large 0315 parts, maintaining placement accuracy of ±0.035 mm (Cpk ≥ 1.0).
Advanced Component Scanning
The on-the-fly scanning system checks each component before placement, reducing errors and ensuring high assembly quality. Combined with side-view camera inspection, it delivers precise alignment for all components.
Auto Loading & Feeder Management
The newly developed Auto Loading Feeder (ALF) and tray sequencer allow nonstop component supply, eliminating downtime for feeder replacement and optimizing production efficiency.
