Fully designed and built in our own Dongguan factory, the I.C.T Selective Wave Soldering Machine is the ultimate off-line Selective Wave Soldering Process for high-mix, medium-volume factories that demand flexibility without sacrificing quality. The PCB stays perfectly still while a feather-light cast-aluminum gantry—running on Panasonic servos and precision rails—delivers flux and solder exactly where needed in just 1.5 seconds per point. Inline nitrogen heating produces mirror-bright joints with almost no waste. Operators set every parameter—paths, temperatures, spray volume, wave height—on a large Windows touchscreen and store endless programs for instant changeovers. Auto wave calibration, live CCD, German jet valve, and titanium pot make this Selective Wave Soldering Machine a true 24/7 workhorse.

German high-frequency pulse valve shoots micro-dots of low-solids flux (<10%) repeatable to 0.02 mm.
