I.C.T Successfully Delivers Complete SMT Production Line To Customer in Algeria

I.C.T is pleased to announce the successful delivery and commissioning of a complete SMT production line for a customer in Algeria. This project marks another important milestone in I.C.T’s global service journey, helping the customer establish a stable and efficient electronics manufacturing capability from the initial factory setup to successful production.

The delivered SMT line includes key equipment such as solder paste printer, SPI, pick and place machine, reflow oven, AOI, and PCB handling systems, forming a complete production workflow for PCBA manufacturing. Before shipment, every machine followed strict inspection procedures to ensure stable performance and reliable operation after arrival at the customer’s factory.

After the equipment arrived in Algeria, I.C.T engineering team provided professional on-site installation, machine debugging, and production line optimization support. The engineers worked closely with the customer’s technical team to complete equipment positioning, connection, parameter adjustment, communication checks, and trial production verification.

During the training period, I.C.T engineers provided practical guidance covering machine operation, daily maintenance, process optimization, and troubleshooting methods. Through hands-on training and continuous support, the customer’s operators and engineers quickly became familiar with the complete SMT machine process and gained confidence in independently managing the production line.

After installation and training were completed, the SMT production line successfully entered trial production.
