I.C.T Provides On-Site SMT Line Support and Training in Algeria

I.C.T recently completed a successful on-site support and training project for a local customer in Algeria. Our team of experienced engineers traveled to the customer’s facility to deliver comprehensive technical guidance for their new SMT line. The goal was to ensure that the customer could smoothly operate the full SMT production line and start producing high-quality PCBA boards according to their requirements. The project was part of I.C.T’s overall 0-1 full SMT solution for the entire factory. This turnkey approach means that we provide not just the machines, but also the layout design, equipment installation, and complete process planning.

During the training sessions, our engineers guided the customer’s staff step by step, covering machine setup, programming, calibration, and basic troubleshooting. By the end of the training, the team was confident in running the SMT line independently, maintaining production efficiency and quality control. In addition to practical machine operation, I.C.T emphasized workflow optimization and quality assurance. The engineers shared best practices for material handling, board inspection, and preventive maintenance. These measures help the customer reduce production downtime and ensure every PCBA board meets the expected specifications.

The support also included testing and verification of the first production batches, providing real-time feedback and adjustments where needed.
