I.C.T Overseas Technical Engineers Provide On-Site Support for Kazakhstan Meter Factory

Recently, I.C.T overseas technical service engineers arrived in Kazakhstan to provide professional on-site technical support for a local client specializing in electric meter production. This project highlights I.C.T’s strong commitment to global customer success and its expertise in the electronics manufacturing industry.

During the on-site service, the engineers focused on the client’s specific production needs for electric meters. They optimized and commissioned a complete SMT Production Line and DIP Line, covering the entire process from solder paste printing, component placement, and reflow soldering to AOI inspection and DIP wave soldering. By delivering an overall 0-1 full SMT machine solution, I.C.T helped the customer build a highly efficient, stable, and fully integrated production line tailored to their factory requirements.

In addition to equipment installation, debugging, and trial production, the I.C.T team conducted comprehensive operation training and maintenance guidance for the client’s engineers.
