After the full SMT line arrived at the Kazakhstan meter factory, I.C.T engineers continued to stay on site to support the Customer’s production team. The main goal of this stage was not only to make the machines run, but also to help the local team understand how to use each machine correctly. For a new production team, clear training is very important. It helps operators build confidence and reduces mistakes during daily production.
During the training, I.C.T engineers guided the Customer step by step through the complete SMT line process. The training covered solder paste printing, SPI inspection, pick and place operation, reflow soldering, AOI inspection, PCB loading, unloading, and line connection. Instead of only explaining the theory, our engineers worked beside the Customer’s operators and showed them how to set parameters, check production status, change programs, and confirm product quality. This hands-on method made the training easier to understand and more practical for real factory work.
Besides machine operation, I.C.T also focused on daily maintenance and basic care. Our engineers explained how to clean key parts, check air pressure, inspect sensors, protect nozzles, maintain conveyors, and keep the SMT line stable. The Customer’s team also learned how to record maintenance items and find small problems before they affect production. Good maintenance is like giving the machines a regular health check — simple work, but it can save a lot of time later.
I.C.T engineers also trained the Customer on common troubleshooting and simple repair methods. For example, they explained how to check alarm messages, confirm feeder problems, inspect PCB transfer, and restart machines safely after a stop. With this training, the Customer’s engineers can handle many daily issues by themselves and keep production moving smoothly. I.C.T will continue to support the Kazakhstan project with professional technical service, helping the Customer build a stable, efficient, and independent SMT manufacturing team.
