Siemens PLC plus Windows industrial computer ensures thermal stability higher than 99.99% and supports any complex profile, making this hot air reflow oven perfect for high-density and mixed-technology boards up to reflow oven 450mm width PCB.
Completely sealed furnace body with minimal openings and smart nitrogen recycling technology maintains oxygen concentration below 500ppm from preheat to cooling zone while achieving the lowest nitrogen consumption in the market – performance remains unchanged even after years of continuous operation. Optional flux management system with pyrolysis and filtration keeps the chamber perfectly clean, ensuring oxidation-free results in the most demanding SMT Reflow Soldering Oven applications.
