DIP Line 101

This Lead free Wave soldering has been on production floors in 72 countries for over ten years. Three models: 350, 450, 615 mm. Dual spray, long preheat, dual wave that never moves more than half a millimeter, PC+PLC control that doesn’t lie. Running power sits at 8-10 kW. Tool-free maintenance. Reliable Flux Spray System

1-1 Acrab Spray System

The spray drawer rolls out clean. Two Japanese Kuroda nozzles ride stepper motors that never drift. Flux lands uniform across every board. Flow, angle, width, density — all recorded, all repeatable. Auto-clean runs itself. 316 stainless steel takes the acid. Exhaust stays inside. Push the drawer home and the Lead free Wave soldering is ready again.


Efficient Preheating System

2-1 Acrab Preheating System

Three zones stretch 1800 mm. Hot air and infrared strike together. Fifteen minutes brings 250 ℃. Insulation cotton holds variation to ±2 ℃ end to end. Each zone slides out separate. Change a heater in minutes, no tools. Top preheat option stands ready. The board reaches the wave fully activated.


Stable Conveyor System

3-1 Acrab Conveyor System

Chain runs true. Double-hook titanium fingers clamp 615 mm automotive boards tight. Patented entry device stops every drop. Speed holds ±2 mm/min. Fingers clean themselves during the run.
