In factories assembling smartphones, smart wearables, tablets, automotive electronics, medical equipment, and aerospace components, the PCB cutting router machine operates with quiet consistency. It processes panels ranging from 340×380mm to 450×600mm, thicknesses from 0.5 to 5.0mm. The updated PCB router vision system identifies every mark type and applies visual correction automatically. Spindle speed reaches 80,000rpm, delivering cuts that reduce stress while maintaining high accuracy, low inertia, and fast response. Dual platforms process different products simultaneously or combine into one larger area. Ion air gun clears static electricity from surfaces, stopping dust from settling.
