To further strengthen cross-department collaboration and ensure smooth project execution, I.C.T’s Business Department and Engineering Department recently held a joint communication meeting focused on key SMT projects and ongoing orders.

The meeting covered several important topics throughout the full project lifecycle:
During the pre-sales stage, both teams discussed SMT technical requirements and solution planning. Engineering provided detailed technical input to support the sales team in clarifying customer needs, evaluating feasibility, and refining SMT line configurations. This coordination helps ensure that proposed solutions are practical, technically sound, and aligned with real production requirements.
For orders currently in production, the teams reviewed the inspection and testing status of SMT equipment prior to shipment. Updates were shared regarding machine assembly, internal testing, and quality verification to ensure that all equipment meets technical standards before delivery.
The meeting also included a review of after-sales cases. Engineering shared technical feedback on resolved and ongoing issues, while the sales team provided customer-side updates. This synchronization ensures faster response times and consistent communication when supporting customers after installation.
Special attention was given to complete SMT production lines, large-scale projects, and long-cycle orders. These projects require continuous coordination across departments due to their complexity and extended timelines. The discussion focused on risk control, milestone tracking, and maintaining clear communication throughout each project phase.
By bringing together both Business and Engineering teams, I.C.T continues to strengthen internal collaboration, improve project transparency, and ensure stable delivery and service performance for global customers.
