I.C.T recently dispatched an experienced service engineer to provide on-site technical support for a customer introducing a new memory module manufacturing project. The customer had already achieved reliable production of PC motherboards using an established SMT production line, which provided a solid technical and operational foundation for expanding into additional product categories and increasing overall production capacity.
As market demand continued to grow, the customer planned to enhance their manufacturing capability by adding a new process dedicated to memory module production. Drawing on their previous experience operating a DIP production line, the team focused on ensuring smooth coordination between different production stages. Careful planning was carried out to maintain workflow continuity while improving efficiency and product consistency across the entire production process.
During the on-site support period, I.C.T engineer Allan worked closely with the customer’s technical staff to complete equipment installation, system checks, and operator training. Special attention was given to parameter configuration, process validation, and equipment coordination. Through step-by-step testing and optimization of the SMT machines, the production process was gradually stabilized, ensuring reliable performance and minimizing potential operational risks during early production stages.
After several days of continuous collaboration and refinement, the new production line was successfully brought into full operation and began running smoothly. The customer is now able to manufacture memory modules with stable output and consistent quality. This successful project once again reflects I.C.T’s dedication to delivering professional on-site service and comprehensive production support, helping customers worldwide achieve efficient, scalable, and dependable manufacturing results.
