ICT Engineer Provides U.S. SMT Line Installation, Training and Customer Follow-Up

Recently, an ICT engineer traveled to the United States to support a customer with equipment installation, commissioning, and hands-on training for their production team. During the same trip, he also visited one of our long-term customers for a follow-up review. At the customer site, our engineer checked the equipment condition, answered technical questions, shared operation and maintenance guidance, and helped the team better understand how to keep the production process stable. This visit also strengthened direct communication between ICT and the customer's engineering team. For customers who are building or expanding electronics manufacturing capacity, this kind of on-site service helps turn equipment investment into real production capability.
