The Panasonic SMT Assembly Machine NPM D3A is made for factories that need a stable and flexible SMT assembly process. It combines a lightweight 16-nozzle head V3A, multi-recognition camera, and high-rigidity frame to support both speed and placement quality. The machine uses a dual placement method, so each placement section can work more independently. This helps factories handle different PCB models and production plans with more freedom. The component supply area can work with a 17-slot cart and tray feeder, giving more choices for mixed components. | SMT Line Equipment List
The Panasonic SMT Assembly Machine can be used with a complete SMT line from I.C.T. A full line may include SMT loader, automatic stencil printer, SPI, PCB conveyor, chip mounter, reflow oven, AOI inspection machine, PCB router, PCBA cleaning machine, and unloader. Each machine has its own job, but the result depends on how well they work together. Printing prepares the solder paste. Placement mounts the components. Reflow forms the solder joints. I.C.T worked with a Customer in Uzbekistan on a large electronics manufacturing project. The Customer planned to produce computer motherboards, SSDs, memory-related products, and other electronic assemblies. I.C.T joined the project from the early stage and continued through equipment installation, debugging, and production testing. The SMT line included an I.C.T-5151 stencil printer, four SMT placement machines, Lyra series reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling systems. The DIP line included manual insertion, JUKI odd-form insertion equipment, I.C.T-Acrab350 wave soldering, and conveyor systems. After the test production, the Customer gave positive feedback on the service response, equipment performance, and complete line support.
| Service and Training Support
For a SMT project, I.C.T first looks at the product, not only the machine list. Our team checks board size, component mix, target output, workshop space, operator habits, inspection needs, and future product plans. Then we design a line flow that makes sense for daily production. This includes the position of printing, placement, reflow, inspection, handling, and cleaning equipment. A good layout can reduce wasted movement, shorten material routes, and make maintenance easier. For new factories, this step can save a lot of trouble before installation begins. For upgraded lines, it helps find weak links and improve the whole production flow.

When the full SMT line arrives, I.C.T helps the Customer’s team move from unpacking to trial production. The work includes line positioning, utility checking, connection, software preparation, process adjustment, and test board running. Training is arranged around the full process, so operators can understand how one station affects the next. For example, printing quality affects placement, and placement quality affects reflow and AOI results. This way, the local team does not only learn button operation. They learn how to read problems across the line. This makes the first production stage more stable and helps the factory team build confidence faster.

Before shipment, I.C.T checks the full SMT line as a project package. The team reviews machine condition, accessories, spare parts, cables, software status, packing materials, and delivery documents.
