In 2025, I.C.T engineers were called to assist an EMS factory in Saudi Arabia, providing installation and training for an SMT line upgrade.
The factory, specializing in LED lighting manufacturing, needed a fully automated SMT line. I.C.T provided a comprehensive solution with 13 machines, including the LED Vacuum Suction Board Loader. The original space available was only 21 meters long and 5 meters wide, but the layout was redesigned into a U-shape, measuring 16 meters by 2.7 meters, to fit. After 2 days of installation and 6 days of technical training, the system was successfully handed over.
