On-Site Support for Computer Motherboard SMT & DIP Production Lines in Uzbekistan

A growing computer motherboard manufacturer in Uzbekistan recently partnered with I.C.T to enhance its production capabilities by investing in a complete SMT production line and DIP production line. On-site support included full equipment installation, line layout confirmation, and system integration across both SMT and DIP processes. Our engineers also carried out detailed machine calibration, process tuning, and trial production runs to ensure the entire line operated efficiently and consistently.

In addition, comprehensive operator training was provided, covering machine operation, daily maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. This enabled the customer’s team to quickly gain confidence in managing the new production lines independently.
