The Panasonic SMT Machine NPM-D3A is built for electronics factories that need fast mounting, accurate placement, and easier production control. It uses a lightweight 16-nozzle head V3A, a multi-recognition camera, and a high-rigidity frame to support high-speed and high-precision placement. The machine uses a 2-head configuration, and the component supply section can work with a 17-slot cart and tray feeder. This gives factories more choices when handling different PCB products. NPM-D3A also supports labor-saving functions such as Auto Setting Feeder, which helps automate parts supply work. The Panasonic SMT Machine NPM-D3A can be matched with I.C.T full SMT line equipment. A complete line can include SMT loader, automatic stencil printer, SPI machine, PCB conveyor, chip mounter, reflow oven, AOI inspection machine, PCB router, PCBA cleaning machine, and unloader. These machines connect the main SMT process from bare PCB loading to solder paste printing, paste inspection, component placement, reflow soldering, optical inspection, board separation, cleaning, and final unloading. For a chip mounter to work well, the whole line must be planned as one system. Stable printing, accurate placement, good reflow, and clear inspection data all matter.

I.C.T supported a Customer in Uzbekistan on a large electronics manufacturing factory project. The factory was planned for computer motherboards, SSDs, memory-related products, and other electronic assemblies. I.C.T joined the project from early communication and continued through installation, debugging, and production testing. The SMT line included an I.C.T-5151 stencil printer, four SMT placement machines, Lyra series reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, and PCB handling systems. The DIP line included manual insertion, JUKI odd-form insertion equipment, I.C.T-Acrab350 wave soldering, and conveyor systems. | Service and Training Support
For SMT projects, I.C.T first studies how the Customer will actually produce boards. Our team checks the PCB size, product mix, target output, component package, feeder demand, workshop space, inspection method, and operator level. Then we build a line plan around the process flow. The goal is not only to place machines in a row. The goal is to make printing, placement, soldering, inspection, handling, and cleaning work smoothly together. For new factories or upgrade projects, this early planning can reduce layout mistakes, save startup time, and make later training much easier for the local team.
