The JUKI SMT Pick stands as the central machine in SMT lines, where it mounts surface components on PCBs with steady speed and accuracy day after day. The RS-1R reaches 47,000 CPH optimum with placement accuracy of ±35µm (Cpk ≥1) and handles boards from 50×50 mm to 650×370 mm single clamping or up to 1,200×370 mm double clamping. The RS-1XL expands board handling to 650×560 mm, ideal for wider LED panels or similar applications. Both models employ the Takumi head to place parts from 0201 metric up to 74 mm square or 150×50 mm elongated shapes. They support a maximum of 112 feeders for efficient job changes. Compact size allows easy integration into existing lines, while vision cameras and force control maintain precise, gentle placement. These machines suit facilities that handle mixed production runs and require dependable speed over extended shifts.


RX-7R / RX-8 Series Features

The RX-7R achieves 75,000 CPH with parallel heads, placing components from 03015 size up to 25 mm square on boards as large as 510×450 mm single lane. The RX-8 reaches 100,000 CPH optimum using the P20 head, designed specifically for dense, small-component assembly in high-volume settings. Both maintain a narrow 998 mm width, providing the highest placement rates per square meter available. They include coaxial lighting for clear component recognition, low-impact placement to prevent board damage, and real-time monitoring to minimize idle time. Dual-lane support and data sharing with other line equipment improve overall efficiency. These models work best for demanding production of mobile devices, LED strips, automotive parts, and similar products where space constraints and throughput are critical.
