The I.C.T Acrab-series PCB DIP soldering machine is the proven workhorse for high-volume through-hole assembly worldwide. Three models handle 350 mm, 450 mm or 615 mm PCBs. Advanced flux spray, long preheating zones, ultra-stable dual wave and smart PC+PLC control give outstanding wetting and zero bridging on complex automotive boards. Optional nitrogen protection creates a spot wave soldering machine that reduces dross by up to 90 % and produces mirror-bright joints while saving tons of solder and energy. 1-1 Acrab Spray System

Japan Kuroda precision nozzles plus stepper-motor drive guarantee uniform, repeatable flux coating. The entire module pulls out like a drawer with auto-cleaning, standard filter and built-in exhaust. Add the optional nitrogen flux system and you have a genuine spot wave soldering machine that keeps the chamber clean and cuts flux usage dramatically.


Efficient Preheating System

2-1 Acrab Preheating System

Three independent 1800 mm hot-air + IR zones with horizontal reflow design and thick insulation cotton reach 250 °C in just 15 minutes and hold ±2 °C across the whole PCB. Drawer-style plug-in modules mean tool-free service. Optional top preheating handles the thickest multi-layer boards perfectly before they hit the wave.
