| Feature
The print system of our SMD stencil printer uses an arch bridge suspension with dual high-precision stepping motors for stable squeegee pressure. This ensures accurate paste application, supporting speeds of 10-200mm/sec and angles of 60°, 55°, or 45°. Programmable separation methods between squeegee, stencil, and substrate enhance flexibility. Ideal for fine-pitch PCBs, it minimizes defects and waste, improving yield in high-volume production for consumer electronics.
The transport system features a unique belt conveyor to prevent PCB jams. Motor-controlled speed and precise stops allow flexible entry/exit directions, with side clamps and optional vacuum ensuring firm PCB-stencil contact. Supporting heights of 900±20mm and speeds up to 1500mm/s, it handles various PCB thicknesses reliably. This design boosts efficiency in automotive and LED manufacturing.
