This unique design reduces the internal stress on the PCB, especially for aluminum-based boards, preventing deformation. By separating the PCB in phases, each stage reduces the stress on the board, resulting in minimal damage and higher-quality separation. The blades are durable, with a lifespan of over a year, and are calibrated for high precision, ensuring reliable performance throughout the production process.


Guillotine Type V-Cut Machine

The Guillotine Type V-Cut Machine offers an efficient cutting mechanism that uses a guillotine-style blade to provide precise V-slot cuts. This type of machine minimizes the internal pressure applied during separation, preventing solder cracks and component damage.
