| Super-Long Stenciling Printing Machine for Giant LED & Solar Boards
The SMT Automatic Stencil Printing Machine uses the Stenciling Printing Machine to begin giant LED walls, solar panels and car dashboard lines. Taiwan guide rails and SANYO motor move super smoothly so paste stays exact even on 1.5-meter boards. You can change pressure and speed easily and see the numbers clearly. The table works with single-side or double-side boards (0.2-6mm thick). Stencil arms grow from 370×470mm all the way to 2100×650mm. Full-auto mode prints the same great quality every time. It only uses 290W and finishes in ≤15 seconds – perfect for the PCB Printing Machine in high-volume giant-board factories.
| Feature

Lots of pins and blocks fit any hole pattern on big single or double-sided boards. You can move and lock them exactly where you want. Taiwan rails and strong motor keep everything steady. You lift the blade by hand to add paste or clean, and smart sensors make the return trip shorter. This stops 1.5-meter boards from shaking inside the Solder Paste Screen Printer so paste never moves before placement.

Two smart air cylinders push the blade with exactly the same force every time. Extra rails stop any side-to-side wobble. Big touch screen speaks clear English and lets you switch between manual, semi-auto and full-auto with one tap. Only famous brands (Omron, Leuze, SMC, Delta, Samkoon) are inside the Semi Automatic Solder Paste Printer. Every board comes out perfect with almost no extra or missing paste.
