I.C.T Engineers Complete SMT Line Installation, Debugging And Training in Italy

This week, our technical engineers completed a full on-site technical support project in Italy for a customer who purchased a complete SMT Line from I.C.T. Covering machine installation, precision debugging, operator training, and trial production, the project was finished step by step together with the customer's team, and the entire production line is now up and running in daily operation.

During the on-site visit, the I.C.T engineers performed the mechanical and electrical installation of the whole line, calibrated every machine against the customer's product requirements, and verified the complete process flow from solder paste printing to reflow soldering. They then delivered hands-on training for the customer's operators and maintenance staff, covering daily operation, program setup, changeover, and preventive maintenance. A full trial production run followed, during which the customer's team produced their first PCBA boards under the guidance of our engineers - confirming that their new SMT Line meets both yield and quality targets.
