This week, I.C.T engineer Peter has successfully returned from Uzbekistan after completing an on-site technical support assignment for a local electronics manufacturer.
Earlier, I.C.T delivered one complete SMT production line and one DIP production line to the customer, which are mainly used for computer motherboard manufacturing. Following the equipment delivery, Peter travelled to the customer’s factory to provide installation, commissioning, and technical training support, ensuring the production lines could be put into operation smoothly.
During the on-site service, Peter worked closely with the customer’s engineering team, carrying out machine installation, system checks, and process parameter setup based on actual production requirements. Trial runs were conducted using real PCB boards, allowing the customer to verify line stability and product quality under normal production conditions.
In addition to equipment setup, Peter also provided hands-on training for operators and engineers. The training focused on machine operation, daily maintenance, and basic troubleshooting, helping the customer build internal technical capability for long-term and stable production.
With all planned tasks completed and the production lines running reliably, the project was successfully handed over to the customer’s team. Peter has now returned to headquarters, marking the smooth completion of this overseas technical support assignment in Uzbekistan.
