I.C.T Engineers in Uzbekistan to Support New SMT Line Installation

We’re excited to share that I.C.T has recently secured a new customer in Uzbekistan, where a complete SMT production line has just been delivered and is now entering the installation phase.

Today, our service engineer successfully arrived at the customer’s factory and has already begun on-site support. The visit focuses on full line installation, equipment commissioning, and hands-on operator training to ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.

The SMT line includes key processes such as solder paste printing, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, and inspection. Rather than simply setting up machines, our engineer is working side by side with the customer’s team — checking utilities, confirming layout details, fine-tuning parameters, and walking operators through real production scenarios.

For us, delivery is just the beginning. On-site installation and practical training are where real value is created. By being present at the factory, we can quickly address questions, adjust processes based on actual production needs, and help the customer build confidence in running the new line independently.
