I.C.T Engineer Conducts AOI Equipment Testing to Ensure Inspection Accuracy

Today, I.C.T engineering team carried out a full inspection and functional testing of the AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) system to ensure stable performance and high-precision detection before customer delivery and production use.

During the testing process, our engineer operated the AOI equipment to verify PCB image recognition, component positioning accuracy, defect detection capability, and system stability. The inspection software interface was carefully checked to confirm that all inspection parameters, including solder joint quality, component alignment, and missing/offset detection, were correctly set and functioning as expected.

In addition to system verification, the engineer also evaluated machine responsiveness and data processing speed to ensure smooth operation during continuous production. Any minor adjustments in lighting, camera calibration, and program settings were optimized to meet industrial production standards.

Quality assurance is a key step before shipment. Through strict internal testing, I.C.T ensures that every AOI system delivered to customers can achieve reliable inspection results and stable long-term performance on the production line.
