The automatic loader feeds boards smoothly. The Jet Dispensing Machine drops exact glue dots or lines at high speed. The pick & place machine then accurately positions components or LED lenses onto the wet glue. Next, the board enters an IR curing oven or UV curing oven to completely harden the adhesive in seconds. Finally, an AOI station inspects glue volume, position, and bonding quality.
