Precise Inspectio Conveyor for Assembly and Stacking


1-4 PCB Conveyor Type


The Inspectio Conveyor is designed to handle the demanding task of moving and stacking PCBs in assembly lines, where boards must be transported with exact positioning and layered without damage or misalignment. It employs a chain mechanism capable of bearing heavier loads, while upgraded hardware—aluminum rails, reinforced base, precision components—ensures stability under continuous operation. Width adjustment occurs with one command across the entire line; transmission may be chain or belt as required. Standard or CE versions exist, each built to international standards. In the complex process of electronics manufacturing, this conveyor becomes an instrument of order, reducing errors, preserving board integrity, and allowing production to proceed with measured reliability.

The 7-inch touch screen presents operational data plainly—speed, position, stacking status—all without ambiguity. Software updates arrive remotely and without charge. The controls balance immediate usability with depth sufficient for evolving production demands.

I.C.T Engineers Support Smart Meter Line in Uruguay


Two I.C.T engineers traveled to Uruguay to oversee the establishment of a smart electric meter production line. The customer had procured magazine loader, 471 and 481 printers, Lyra622 mounter, AOI, turning conveyor, reflow oven W2, several Inspectio Conveyors, magazine belt lines, roller lines, and bull-eye workstations. Within seven days the team completed installation, calibrated chain and stacking parameters, instructed operators thoroughly, and verified the entire process. Boards now move and stack with consistent accuracy. The factory manager noted the conveyor's orderly performance and the engineers' disciplined, attentive assistance throughout the procedure.
