I.C.T Engineer Peter Completes U.S. Installation and Training Support

I.C.T engineer Peter recently completed an onsite technical service visit in the United States, providing installation, commissioning, and operator training for a customer project that includes a full SMT production line, a conformal coating line, and a PCB routing machine. The service work has now been successfully completed, giving the customer a stronger foundation for stable production and daily equipment operation.

For this project, Peter worked directly at the customer's factory to support equipment setup and line connection. The scope included checking machine placement, confirming key utilities, reviewing operating conditions, and helping the customer team understand how each system connects within the overall production process. Because the customer purchased multiple equipment categories from I.C.T, the onsite work focused not only on individual machines, but also on how the full production layout runs as one coordinated solution.

During commissioning, Peter inspected the SMT production line equipment, supported startup checks, and verified that the line could operate smoothly under the customer's production requirements. He also provided guidance for the conformal coating line, including process flow, basic operation points, maintenance awareness, and safe handling during routine production. For the PCB routing machine, Peter reviewed machine operation, fixture use, routing accuracy, and production precautions with the customer's team.

Training was an important part of the visit.
