0-1 PCB Routing Machine 7500

I.C.T-5700 PCBA Router Machine to separate finished PCBA boards without bending or cracking them. It handles work in smartphones, smart wear, tablets, automotive electronics, medical devices, aerospace, and military products. The machine takes PCBs up to 450×600 mm and thicknesses from 0.5 to 5.0 mm. Dual platforms let you process different boards at once or link them for larger sizes. The spindle turns at 60,000 rpm with very little cutting force. New CCD vision locates marks quickly and corrects position on its own. Ion air guns remove static so dust stays off the surface. A separate vacuum collector pulls dust away with strong suction and low noise. Easy controls, built-in safety, and data tracking make the day-to-day work straightforward. This off line PCBA router helps teams finish boards faster and keep quality high, especially for led PCB depaneling and led aluminum PCB depaneling.

Transmission System

1-1 Transmission System

Panasonic servo motors from Japan drive the system along with high-precision screws. Every axis moves exactly where it should. The frame uses thicker material so the machine stays steady during long runs. Tank chains keep cables organized and out of the way. Nothing gets caught. The X-axis has a dust-proof cover that keeps particles out. Less dust means less cleaning and lower repair costs. Positioning repeats at ±0.01 mm. Speed hits 100 mm per second. The motion feels smooth and quiet. Operators run the machine for hours without issues. This setup works hard in real production and keeps everything accurate shift after shift.


Router System

2-1 Router System

The CCD camera sits right next to the cutter. Calibration happens fast and stays reliable. A sensor watches the milling tool all the time. If it breaks or wears down, an alarm goes off immediately. Optional automatic tool changing keeps the machine going without stops. The ion air gun blows static off the board surface. Dust does not settle. Imported high-speed spindles cut with almost no pressure. Precision holds tight. Inertia stays low. Response comes quick. Cutters handle 0.8 to 3 mm sizes. Vacuum pulls dust away cleanly. Platform System
