Zero Thermal Damage and Clean Edges

Intelligent CCD Positioning and Defect Sorting
Advanced CCD cameras with three-color lighting and auto-expansion compensation locate fiducials precisely. The system detects defects during cutting and uses suction nozzles to place only good boards into trays, while rejecting faulty ones, reducing manual inspection and improving yield.
Fully Automated Workflow with Tray Management
From automatic board feeding via servo-controlled loader to synchronous manipulator pickup and final stacking of full trays, the entire process runs hands-free. It handles different product sizes, supplies empty trays automatically, and removes full ones, saving labor in fast-paced semiconductor lines.
