I.C.T recently completed the successful delivery of a conformal coating production line for a customer in Denmark. This project marks another important step in I.C.T’s continued support for electronics manufacturers in the European market. The delivered line is designed to help the customer improve PCB protection, coating consistency, and long-term product reliability in real production conditions.
The conformal coating production line includes key process equipment for automatic coating, curing, handling, and production flow connection. Before shipment, the I.C.T engineering and quality teams carried out a full inspection process, including machine structure checks, electrical testing, motion accuracy verification, coating function testing, and line connection simulation. These steps helped ensure that the equipment could meet the customer’s production requirements after arriving at the factory.
