I.C.T Engineers Improve Skills to Support Global SMT Projects

To better support upcoming global customer SMT projects, the engineering department at I.C.T recently organized an internal equipment training session focused on SMT production line technologies and on-site service capabilities.

During the training, engineers reviewed the structure and operating principles of several key SMT production line machines, including pick and place systems, reflow ovens, inspection equipment, and supporting automation units. The session also covered equipment installation procedures, production line commissioning, and common troubleshooting methods that may occur during project implementation.

The training combined technical explanations with practical experience sharing from senior engineers who have participated in overseas factory installation and commissioning projects. Through open discussions and case analysis, the team exchanged insights on how to improve efficiency during equipment setup and how to quickly respond to technical challenges on customer sites.
